PROJECT SITE
This proposal on 19 ST, West Hillhurst aims to bring further density and activity to a developing high street. Following this goal and having the skinniest lot within the block enabled me to push the boundaries and maximize the potential of this lot. All stakeholders (the city, developer, and the tenants) were all considered and benefit from the proposal. The city and developers from the density, tenants mostly from design.
This being my first project in Revit, it was a major stepping stone in my development as a Technologist. The various lessons learned, specifically from a workflow perspective, would be paramount to the success of my work in semester 3.
